About The Position

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, Florida office. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their engineering career to grow and develop in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will support a variety of wireless and telecommunications projects, such as the structural design and analysis of towers, antenna mounts, rooftops, water tanks, and foundations. You may also assist with other structural projects, including retaining walls, small bridges, and miscellaneous structures. This position offers hands-on experience with CAD drafting, structural analysis software, and occasional field work for inspections and data collection. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in preparing technical reports and construction drawings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • E.I.T. certification preferred or ability to obtain
  • Familiarity or coursework in steel, concrete, and wood design
  • Exposure and proficiency in design tools such as RISA (RISA-3D, RISAFoundation, RISAConnection) and/or tnxTower,
  • Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Nice To Haves

  • Excel, Enercalc, or L-Pile a plus
