We are a fast-growing Design-Build General Contractor looking for a talented Structural Detailer who thrives in a collaborative, high-accountability environment and wants to see their work come to life in the field.

You won’t just push paper — you’ll directly impact how projects get built.

Requirements

• Experience in structural detailing (steel, concrete, or wood framing preferred)
• Proficiency in detailing software (Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar)
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
• Strong communication skills — because coordination is everything

Nice To Haves

• Have design-build experience
• Love solving problems before they become expensive ones
• Think proactively instead of reactively

Responsibilities

• Create detailed structural drawings and models for commercial and industrial projects
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and field teams
• Review plans and specs to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Identify and resolve design conflicts before they hit the jobsite
• Maintain drawing standards and documentation integrity
• Support fabrication and construction teams with precise, build-ready details
