About The Position

INNOMARK is a growing, Dayton/Cincinnati-based company, who delivers Visual Marketing solutions that attract attention, engage shoppers, and convert sales. Our mission is to create retail experiences that connect brands and consumers through effective visual communication. In-house design, engineering, printing, manufacturing, and fulfillment guarantee excellence from concept to completion. We are seeking an experienced Designer to design consumer point of purchase (POP) displays and merchandising materials. The Designer will work with production and sales representatives to establish design concepts. Develop design ideas based on factors such as appearance, design function relationships, serviceability, materials, methods of production, and client specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in graphic design (gained before or after degree)
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Advanced proficiency of Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
Strong analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

Nice To Haves

Retail or environmental graphics experience preferred

Responsibilities

Create and design various materials for print
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
