About The Position

We're looking for a Structural CAD Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our design team, helping bring engineering concepts to life through detailed construction plans and 3D models. You'll work with advanced drafting tools to create and update CAD models across structural disciplines. Your day-to-day will include transforming data from sources like GIS, aerial imagery, and field notes into clear, accurate drawings that reflect existing conditions. You'll add annotations and dimensions to schematics, set up design sheets with title blocks and notes, and build 3D models that support our engineering goals. You'll also generate 2D sections and isometric views from those models, prepare PDFs for review, and make revisions based on feedback from project engineers and design coordinators. Throughout your work, you'll ensure everything aligns with our internal standards and client expectations, while maintaining organized file structures that keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D or CADworx.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in drafting or design.
