We specialize in analysis, design, evaluation, monitoring, and rehabilitation for a wide variety of transportation infrastructure projects. We offer a wide range of expertise to support client needs for both new and existing transportation infrastructure. The Role As a Bridge Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of innovation and real‑world problem‑solving, contributing to projects that move millions of people every day. You’ll be hands-on across all phases of project development, from early planning and inspection through advanced analysis, design, and technical documentation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred, plus a New York P.E. license (NJ a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in bridge and transportation structure design/rehabilitation, including highway and long-span bridges, retaining walls, and transit/subway structures.
  • Experience with Design-Build delivery and familiarity with NYSDOT, NYCDOT, PANYNJ, and MTA agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of AASHTO design methods, standards, and specifications; bridge inspection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of complete projects or major project components.
  • Identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems.
  • Perform analyses, interpret data, and prepare high‑quality technical deliverables.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee detailed engineering tasks.
  • Review and evaluate work for technical accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise project staff and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure all work adheres to corporate quality control standards.
  • Participate in proposal development and contribute to winning new work.
