Dekker is seeking a BIM/Revit Technician with experience or interest in structural modeling, to use their skills in a team-oriented environment to collaborate on highly creative designs for a variety of project types. Requirements

This is a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite required. Applicants must live in the Albuquerque, NM metro area.
An Associates degree in drafting technology is the required minimum education.
Applicants must have at least 2-5 years’ experience working with Revit on large commercial building projects with the ability to perform the tasks described above.

Responsibilities

Develop 3D models using Revit.
Create 2D sections and details in Revit.
Creates families and components, and maintains libraries of Revit content.
Deliver high quality documents using firm standards and quality assurance processes.
Contribute to researching and dissemination knowledge of best practices and industry advancements.
Coordinates with project Engineers, Architects and other BIM technicians.
Collaboratively engage in project work with responsibilities as assigned.
Work under the direction of project design team to produce drawings and documents.
Provide Revit support to structural project staff.
Complete redlines with accuracy.
Gather and provide BIM data from Revit models including takeoffs when required.
Identify and communicate out progress, accomplishments, challenges, and support needed to complete responsibilities.
