Requirements

5+ years of proven experience supporting design teams in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and web conferencing tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers and architects on the technical development of construction drawings and design documentation
Support BIM coordination and development across multiple disciplines
Assist in implementing design technology strategies, standards, and tools
Develop and refine Construction Documents in Revit
Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy
Occasional travel for site visits and team coordination
