About The Position

Lead and coordinate aggregate stripping activities to support safe and efficient mining operations. Supervise and support an internal stripping crew, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor site conditions, identify operational needs, and adjust plans to maintain productivity. Collaborate with plant, mining, and environmental teams to align stripping work with production goals. Maintain accurate records, inspections, and documentation to support compliance and operational planning.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop an internal crew effectively.
