About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Striping Crew Laborer to assist with pavement marking and striping operations on roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role supports the crew with layout, setup, paint application, equipment maintenance, and cleanup. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors in various conditions.

Requirements

• Prior striping or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Comfortable working around moving vehicles and in high-traffic environments
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus
• Ability to work day or night shifts and travel to different job sites
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout of markings using tape measures, chalk lines, and stencils
• Support striping operations using paint sprayers, hand liners, thermoplastic applicators, and other tools
• Load and unload materials, stencils, cones, signage, and equipment
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to maintain a safe work zone
• Maintain and clean striping tools and equipment at the end of each shift
• Follow foreman instructions and work closely with other crew members
• Ensure markings are applied with proper spacing, alignment, and thickness
• Perform general labor duties including site prep and cleanup
• Perform additional duties as assigned
