About The Position
The purpose of this job is to repair musical string instruments in a timely and proficient manner so that the instrument is returned in good playing order. A technician can specialize in one type of instrument, or work on multiple types. The role involves working on rental returned instruments efficiently and ensuring each instrument is repaired according to established quality guidelines. Additionally, the technician is responsible for maintaining accurate records for production reporting and may be assigned additional duties as needed.
