Join the YMCA as the STRIDE Coordinator and manage our afterschool program that coaches boys to grow emotionally, socially, and physically through character-building and running. POSITION SUMMARY: STRIDE stands for Success Teamwork Inspiration Determination Excellence. The STRIDE Program Coordinator is responsible for managing, developing, and growing STRIDE, a Spring and Fall after-school character development and running program for boys in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. This role involves recruiting school sites and volunteer coaches, training coaches, planning and implementing curriculum, and managing the two 5K runs at the end of each season.
