About The Position

StretchLab is seeking motivated, professional, and client-focused Assisted Stretching Trainers (Flexologists) to join our boutique wellness studio. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about human movement, mobility, and helping clients improve how they move and feel every day. As a Flexologist, you will deliver one-on-one, hands-on assisted stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility, mobility, performance, and overall quality of life. This is a non-traditional personal training role centered on personalized care, client education, and long-term results. Requirements

Strong passion for boutique fitness, wellness, and mobility-focused training
Professional experience in one or more of the following fields: Personal Training Massage Therapy Physical Therapy Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instruction
One of the following credentials is required: Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) State license in massage therapy or related discipline Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of empathy, professionalism, and attention to client care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, start-up-style environment
Adaptability, reliability, and strong time management skills
Willingness to complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized assisted stretching sessions in a one-on-one studio setting
Evaluate client movement, flexibility, and goals to develop customized stretch programs
Provide a high level of customer service through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism
Maintain accurate and detailed client session notes to track progress and outcomes
Collaborate with studio leadership and fellow Flexologists to ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience
Participate in studio initiatives including demo stretches, community events, and pop-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Engage in ongoing education, team meetings, and StretchLab’s nationally recognized Flexologist Training Program
