About The Position

Trilogy Wellness is hiring a Stretch Provider / Assisted Stretching Specialist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretching services in a medically oriented gym environment. This role is ideal for a movement professional who values individualized care, understands medical and orthopedic considerations, and wants to work collaboratively alongside Physical Therapists and medical fitness professionals. This is not a high-volume retail stretch studio. At Trilogy, sessions are personalized, clinically informed, and focused on long-term outcomes.

Requirements

Certification or formal training in assisted stretching, mobility, corrective exercise, or related field preferred
Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles
Experience working with clients with injuries, chronic conditions, or physical limitations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and client-focused

Responsibilities

Review client medical history, injuries, chronic conditions, and physical limitations
Perform flexibility, range-of-motion, posture, and movement assessments
Provide customized assisted stretching sessions based on individual goals and health considerations
Modify stretching techniques for clients with chronic pain, joint issues, post-surgical restrictions, muscle imbalances, and mobility limitations
Educate clients on the benefits of stretching for injury prevention, pain reduction, posture, circulation, and recovery
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and wellness professionals to support continuity of care
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
Follow all safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
