About The Position

Stretch Zone offers an individualized service referred to as practitioner-assisted stretching. Clients lay on comfortable tables while a practitioner uses our patented protocol and strapping system to create the best stretching experience around! Gentle, nervous-system-based, backed by science, we're taking stretching to a whole new level. The Stretch Zone® is not a clinic, rehab center, or gym but a practitioner-assisted-stretching studio where people habitually go to keep their Flex-Ability for Life® Our Mission To deliver the most comprehensive assisted stretching program in the world! To open Stretch Zone® branded studios equipped with state of the art (patent-pending) stretching equipment where people habitually go to get professionally stretched near their homes or workplace. The Stretch Practitioner (SP) is a core contributor to the success of our business and member satisfaction. The SP works hand in hand with members guiding them through patented stretching protocols. In this role, the SP orchestrates the delivery of superior quality and customer service during individual 30-minute stretching sessions in an open setting. The SP builds relationships and trust during every interaction with our members. Each SP will be required to pass a 40-hour stretch certification modalities training program before working with members. Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life® by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system. Stretch Zone seeks to improve client health and wellness. Stretch Zone facilities offer a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment, all of which allow clients to relax and fully benefit from our methods. Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

Provides our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Serves clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities.
Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
Keeps clients on schedule with their programs including membership sales.
All team members clean and maintain the store.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
Our main goal is to improve the lives of others with our stretch practices.
