About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking motivated and passionate Stretch Practitioners to join our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals who are excited to work hands on with clients, helping them improve mobility, performance, and overall wellness. You will be trained in our patented Stretch Zone method and become a vital part of our mission to help clients move better, feel better, and live better. As a Stretch Practitioner, you will deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions in a safe, effective, and client-focused manner, while supporting the studio’s culture of health, wellness, and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Hands-on learner with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Open availability, including mornings, mostly evenings, and Saturdays with shifts typically 4 - 8 hours in length .
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent availability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Motivated, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the studio.

Nice To Haves

  • Background or certifications in fitness, wellness, or health related professions (preferred, but not required).
  • Coursework or degree in kinesiology or related fields preferred.
  • As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on, full-body assisted stretching sessions following Stretch Zone protocols to improve client flexibility, performance, and overall well-being.
  • Provide exceptional service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to encourage consistent sessions, build relationships, and foster a culture of accountability, personalization, and long term wellness.
  • Follow established guidelines to safely position and manipulate muscles, maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
  • Complete comprehensive paid training, including certification in the Stretch Zone method, and participate in ongoing mentorship and skills advancement programs.
  • Work closely with other practitioners and studio staff to maintain a positive, client-focused environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and studio operations as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
