Requirements

• Competitive and motivated — you like setting and beating targets.
• Confident communicator who thrives in client conversations.

• Background in fitness, kinesiology, training, or PT aide a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions (training provided).
• Turn trial clients into long-term members by building trust and recommending packages.
• Hit and exceed studio goals by keeping clients engaged and retained.
• Step up, solve problems, and drive results with your team.
