TCS instructors play a fundamental role in crafting the studio experience and culture. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team of fitness leaders! We are actively seeking instructors to teach our BURN + LIFT class formats. BURN a 45-minute, slow repetition, weight lifting class taught part on the beat, part off the beat, cycling through timed segments of lifting, cardio and core. This is a high-energy, dynamic workout, and requires a skillful instructor who can seamlessly command a group with a grounded and focused, yet motivational energy - empowering their clients to challenge themselves. LIFT is a 45-minute slow, strength training class that focuses on building strength through progressive overload and slow, controlled movements, using heavy resistance. This is an intentionally structured class and requires an experienced instructor who can seamlessly empower, educate and guide clients.
