About The Position

HealthFitness is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Instructor to join the fitness team at their corporate client site in Troy, Michigan. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys creating effective, energizing workouts and motivating participants during their workday. HealthFitness is a nationwide team of over 2,400 professionals dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of those they serve, inspiring and engaging over 1 million participants across 135 clients, including corporations, health systems, colleges, and universities. Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred
