About The Position

The Ridgefield Park School District is located in southeastern Bergen County. The district consists of four schools, grades Pre-K through 12, and provides high quality instruction to over 2,000 students. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will establish and maintain a strength and conditioning program with the three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness. The coach will supervise and maintain the training center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or completion of at least 60 credits at an accredited institution required.
• National Strength and Conditioning Association or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association certification required.
• Successful clearance of criminal background check.
• Knowledge and experience in training high school athletes preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in managing a physical fitness center preferred.

• Reduce athletic injuries through proper training techniques.
