About The Position

The Street Team Representative plays a crucial role in the Monster Beverage Corp's Street Team program, focusing on achieving sales distribution goals, enhancing product visibility in retail outlets, and fostering strong relationships with store managers. This position involves merchandising, executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and execution of commercial plans.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May be required to travel when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must own a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen route level relationships with store managers.
• Merchandise Monster products in the cold vault and coolers.
• Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable.
• Manage and place point-of-sale materials both inside and outside of accounts.
• Care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage Corp responsibly.
• Arrive on time and adhere to the shift schedule.
• Maintain brand appearance and wear proper attire.
• Ensure professionalism and exceptional communication with customers.
• Respond in a timely manner to the Monster Street Team Lead.
