About The Position

Launch Family Entertainment Clearwater, FL is where fun takes flight; inside the park and out in the community. They are known for trampolines, arcade games, bowling, epic parties, and being an energetic and active part of the local scene. The Street Team helps take that excitement beyond their walls and into the heart of the community. The ideal candidate is social, outgoing, unafraid to talk to anyone, has a big personality, a warm smile, and the ability to get people genuinely excited about Launch. They represent the brand with positivity, energy, and confidence at various events like school fairs, festivals, or local business events. As a Street Team Member, the individual will act as a Launch ambassador at offsite events, connecting with the public, spreading awareness, and building excitement. They will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute a calendar of appearances and ensure Launch stays top-of-mind throughout the community.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable interacting with large crowds.
Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) all things Launch—amenities, party offerings, safety, and food & beverage.
Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Available for weekend events, evening functions, and occasional early mornings.
Professional, friendly, and fun—no matter the setting!

Responsibilities

Attend offsite community events, school functions, festivals, and business expos as a Launch representative.
Engage with attendees, distribute promotional materials, and share key information about Launch Clearwater’s offerings.
Promote current deals, party packages, events, and special promotions with confidence and enthusiasm.
Work alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager to schedule appearances and ensure branding materials are prepared.
Setup and breakdown booths or branded stations at events.
Collect guest info and potential leads for birthday parties, group bookings, and fundraisers.
Create a positive impression and serve as a public-facing extension of the Launch brand.
Assist with content creation, social media live moments, and community shoutouts (optional but a plus!).
Track event participation and feedback to help improve outreach efforts.
