As our next Street Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you’ll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 1 year DOT driving experience
  • CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
  • Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
  • Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
  • Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
  • Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
