About The Position

The Street Outreach Manager at Noah at Central is responsible for leading and managing outreach efforts aimed at ending homelessness in Detroit. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and hire street outreach staff, including onboarding new team members.
• Lead outreach shifts and provide housing-focused case management services to clients.
• Manage HMIS data entry and serve as the HMIS agency administrator.
• Update and manage the infrastructure for the street outreach program, including policies and procedures.
• Develop tools for effective program implementation and manage relationships with other outreach teams.
• Participate in grant writing and reporting, including monthly and quarterly COD grant reporting.
