BBQ & Seafood is looking for a Street Marketer/Sign Spinner to help drive traffic, build excitement, and increase visibility for our restaurant locations!
Position Overview
The Street Marketer/Sign Spinner is responsible for creating brand awareness by attracting attention from passing traffic and community members. This role is all about energy, personality, and presence helping promote our restaurant, daily specials, events, and catering services.

Requirements

• High energy, outgoing personality, and willingness to interact with the public.
• Ability to stand, move, and spin signs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing demeanor.
• Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Must be dependable and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Must have own transportation.
• Weekdays 11am - 4pm
• Weekend Availability
• Must be able to travel to assigned store locations
• Must be comfortable working independently outdoors

Responsibilities

• Spin, wave, and hold marketing signs near designated store areas to draw customer attention.
• Promote brand awareness with an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with street‑level marketing-including flyer distribution and event visibility.
• Maintain a high‑energy presence for designated shifts.
• Follow all safety guidelines and remain aware of surroundings when working near traffic.
• Represent the This Is It! BBQ brand with professionalism and positivity.
