As a Streamserve/ECM Application Consultant at IBM Corporation, you will lead critical path components, collaborating with business analysts to understand business requirements and assess their feasibility in business tools. You will prepare functional designs and architect data designs based on these requirements. Your role will involve participating in high-level design and technical specification documentation using flow diagrams with the SOLMAN (Solution Manager) tool. You will develop design and technical documents, manage scope, plan, and change control to enhance assigned client's Streamserve applications, which includes template design, acquisition, modeling, archiving, and reporting. Additionally, you will create design and technical documents in the Opentext Streamserve tool and deliver blueprints, solutions, and cloud-based offerings. You will also develop proof of concept (POC) for proposed solutions to ensure technical feasibility and, upon approval, perform blueprint and implementation. Writing efficient, testable code and designing user interfaces to implement specifications based on technical needs will be part of your responsibilities. You will complete the software development life cycle, test the code in the environment to remove all possible defects raised in HPQC and Salesforce, and deploy the code using Jenkins in production. Furthermore, you will maintain software documentation and scale applications on Cloud and On-premise platforms, manage complex business Streamserve applications using tools like New Relic and Dynatrace, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to analyze operational efficiency. Your role will also involve fixing technical bugs in production reports and resolving defects found during testing phases.
