About The Position

Join our Viewer Experience team as a Streaming Support Specialist, assisting customers with account, billing, content, and navigation questions for major streaming platforms. You’ll handle phone and chat inquiries in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1+ year of customer service (call center preferred)
  • Strong communication, typing, and navigation skills
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Google Docs
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high contact volume
  • Reliable transportation for onsite work
  • Call Center Telephone Skills Assessment
  • Background check
  • Rehire‑eligible if previously with Disney/Hulu
  • No drug test required

Responsibilities

  • Support viewers with account issues, billing questions, streaming/content inquiries, and basic site navigation.
  • Recommend suitable streaming products during interactions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and document all interactions accurately.
  • Manage back-to-back calls/chats in a high-volume environment.
