Your Opportunity, Your Team The Streaming Experience Associate supports QVC, and supports the build, maintenance, and daily execution of live and Spanish language streaming channels, including the Hispanic QVC channel and FAST offerings. This role manages CMS workflows, channel builds, playlist uploads, asset updates, and real-time schedule adjustments to ensure streaming feeds accurately reflect live broadcast and promotional changes. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park (West Chester, PA) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, NY, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do Support the build, maintenance, and daily execution of live and Spanish language streaming channels, including the Hispanic QVC channel and FAST offerings. Review and validate original and AI-dubbed content, maintaining language accuracy, correct metadata, graphic integrity, and proper ad break placement across streaming applications and platforms. Perform meticulous data entry and content tracking, using headphones and screen to monitor and flag discrepancies for correction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold content integrity and operational efficiency, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required). Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field, with strong attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience, but not required. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and streaming platforms is preferred, but not required—training will be provided. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes. Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
