We are the Global Wellbeing team focused on one of Unilever's largest growth opportunities - the €140bn Wellbeing space defined by Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS). OUR BUSINESS: Unilever's Wellbeing Collective Group (WBC) holds the company's health and wellness brands and the portfolio of brands that includes Equilibra (Italy) and US acquired brands Olly, Liquid IV, Nutrafol, SmartyPants, Welly and Onnit. Each brand is completely unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, general management, or relevant roles within consumer goods or high-growth categories
  • Highly organized operator with strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort working closely with senior leaders and preparing executive-ready materials for high-stakes discussions
  • Clear and persuasive communicator who can simplify complexity and influence without authority, with expert-level verbal, PowerPoint, writing, and data-visualization skills
  • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and develop clear, insight-led recommendations
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data and external trends into strategic implications
  • Collaborative, team player who brings maturity, discretion, and adaptability to sensitive strategic work
  • Externally oriented mindset with curiosity for emerging consumer, category, and competitive developments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to define, refine, and pressure-test the Wellbeing strategy, grounded in external trends, category dynamics, and long-term ambition.
  • Lead the annual strategy refresh and long-term planning cycles, integrating inputs across operating companies, platforms, and functions into a coherent roadmap.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives through structured problem solving, clear prioritization, and disciplined cross-functional orchestration.
  • Serve as the operational integrator for leadership forums and strategic priorities, shaping agendas, preparing materials, enabling decision quality, and tracking commitments to resolve obstacles.
  • Equip senior executives for critical internal and external engagements through clear narratives, materials, and recommendations
  • Develop high-impact strategic storylines for senior leadership and Board-level discussions, synthesizing insights, performance, and future opportunities.
  • Lead special projects across category strategy, portfolio evolution, M&A thesis development, and business or organizational transformation.
  • Deliver high-quality strategic analyses that shape the Wellbeing Collective's growth agenda.
  • Ensure leadership operating rhythms and strategic forums run efficiently and produce clear decision pathways.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment during annual planning, strategy refresh, and long-term financial cycles.
  • Develop concise, insight-led strategic narratives used by senior leaders across key internal and external settings.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of trends, category shifts, and competitive developments to inform strategy and M&A priorities.
  • Support disciplined evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities through structured analysis, insight generation, and strategic framing.
