We are seeking a motivated, analytically inclined Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our growing Strategy team. This hands-on role supports critical reporting, planning, and market intelligence efforts across the organization. Ideal for early to early-mid career professionals, this position offers a unique opportunity to build foundational skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, business intelligence or other roles involving substantial data modeling and analysis.
  • Excel proficiency is a must (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI or SQL is a plus.
  • CPG experience a plus (but not a prerequisite)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain recurring Excel and Power BI reports that support monthly reporting ,strategy reviews and commercial/operational decision-making.
  • Assist in modernizing and streamlining corporate reporting practices using a mix of smart automation (e.g., Power Query, VBA, Power BI, etc.), process redesign and business needs assessment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and functional teams to consolidate metrics and track performance across the organization.
  • Gather and synthesize external data from syndicated sources, industry publications, and public filings.
  • Prepare customer profiles, quarterly competitive reviews, and category updates.
  • Contribute to the development of a centralized knowledge hub that aggregates insights from marketing, sales, and macro research.
  • Coordinate deliverables tied to the annual budget and 3-year strategic planning process.
  • Participate in cross-functional planning sessions by tracking inputs and summarizing key takeaways.
  • Support content creation for internal strategy newsletters and leadership briefings.
