About The Position

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years completed in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple people on diverse projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative-taking capability.
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and gain broad experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Support client work and new business efforts through trend analysis and secondary research.
• Work in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Miro in both synchronous and asynchronous scenarios.
• Assist with primary research needs, including qualitative and quantitative research and field work.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and brand reviews using secondary sources, digital audits, and in-store audits.
• Act as a liaison and thought partner to internal strategy and creative team members, participating in collaborative work sessions.
• Lead and conduct a longitudinal project to enhance the capabilities of the strategy department and present findings to senior leadership.
• Assist in other areas of the business as needed.
• Interact regularly with team members for the completion of assigned projects.
