About The Position
The Manager of the Strategy and Process Technology Department will report to the Director of Strategy & Process Technology of Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products for North America, responsible for the groups week-to-week direction and activity that focuses on operational strategy and advanced process development across all SI EP NA facilities. The Manager of Strategy & Process Technology Department will lead a multidisciplinary department and, also in a working role, evaluate strategic direction, manufacturing technology and lead projects as strategically assigned. Projects range from mandated changes to capacity growth / productivity improvements; the impact of the projects ranges from customer configuration through delivery of products. Success will be measured from the successful start-up, integration, and sustainable use of defined methods or improvements in complex electrical/mechanical products and related manufacturing environments. The department is also responsible for the evaluation and integration of new technology staying ahead of manufacturing needs such that seamless integration of new technology or methods can occur.
