About The Position

The Strategy Planning Senior Specialist Advisor plays a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives across the Health Plan and Life Sciences business units. This role partners closely with Executive team: BU Leader, Industry Strategy and Solutions, Finance partner, Subvertical and Sales leaders, and delivery teams to drive enterprise planning, support growth priorities, and ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and client outcomes. The advisor leads complex, cross‑functional projects; coordinates executive‑level business reviews; and synthesizes data and insights into clear recommendations that inform decision‑making. With strong analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership, this role serves as a trusted strategic partner to executives in implementing initiatives that strengthen account coverage, operational effectiveness, and long‑term business performance.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in strategy planning, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of sales motions, client delivery models, and account management strategies to shape enterprise‑level planning and stakeholder decisions.
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers; able to identify interdependencies and opportunities across programs.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills; intellectually curious and driven to solve complex problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, concise presentations and reports.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Account Coverage & Mapping: Collaborate with sales leaders to update account coverage for new clients, maintain accurate account assignments for Sales and Customer Engineers, and ensure Health Plan mappings are current.
  • Business Review Coordination: Organize Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) preparation calls, track action items, format presentations using provided templates, and submit finalized materials.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead major projects, including M&A assessments and external communications; develop business growth plans; delegate analysis, manage deadlines, and deliver work plans; synthesize insights and create storyboards for decision-making.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Management: Maintain contact lists and manage relationships with external partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
  • CGO & Practice PoC Support: Address ad-hoc information and reporting requests for Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Practice Points of Contact.
  • Practice Interlock Meetings: Schedule and facilitate meetings between strategy and practice teams, share notes and action items, and manage inventories of meetings and attendees.
  • Senior Leader Meetings: Coordinate and contribute to meetings with senior leadership, including organizational design discussions and recommendations.
  • Org Chart Management: Create and update organizational charts in partnership with HRBP team to ensure accuracy.
  • Special initiatives, as required:
  • I.e. NTT Collaboration Change Champion: Represent the business unit, communicating, lead migration efforts, BU main point of contact for change management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to advance project goals.
