As a Strategy & Planning Specialist within PNC's Retail- Strategy and Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, technological understanding, and leadership skills to own projects end-to-end and foster innovation. This role requires 2+ years of relevant required experience Job Description Supports a strategic enterprise initiative to understand, analyze, develop and implement strategy and planning solutions. Supports team in defining business and/or multiple lines of businesses problems, issues and solutions. Participates in data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives. Provides analysis and solution recommendation for key enterprise initiatives. Participates in development of presentations. Collaborates with senior Strategy and Planning teams to identify solutions. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO of your projects, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Brainstorm and crowdsource opportunities to improve PNC’s operational efficiency.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and operational metrics using tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python to size and prioritize opportunities.
  • Understand and optimize technology and business processes, synthesizing details into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
  • Drive execution of opportunities to delivery performing any task needed to get the job done.
  • Grow and expand professional networks through collaboration and thought leadership throughout all of retail and across all the shared service organizations.
