As a Strategy & Planning Manager Senior within PNC's Data and Automation Artificial Intelligence organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Strongsville-OH, Dallas-TX, or Birmingham-AL.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, GenAI, and Agentic Systems applicability, architecture, and technology

Responsibilities

  • Drive near-term and long-term AI strategy
  • Partner with business stakeholders and provide technical leadership to drive planning, execution, and adoption
  • Identify and lead integration of state-of-the-art AI and Generative AI (GenAI) technology
  • Assess and evaluate AI impact and return on investment
  • Direct strategic planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development
  • Identify strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals
  • Define and oversee the resources for each assigned strategic initiative
  • Manage the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met
  • Define, monitor and use service metrics to assess performance
  • Develop strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy
  • Build winning teams by providing effective leadership, management and development of employees
