As the Strategy & Planning Lead, you will drive the strategy, structure, and delivery of enterprise-wide company initiatives. This role connects strategy with execution; building clarity across teams, shaping decisions, and ensuring large AOP and functional programs move from idea to impact. This is a high-partnership role that connects business, technology, data, and business leaders to ensure all efforts move in sync and deliver measurable impact. You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance. You’ll design and run the program structure, governance and managing risks at scale; balancing speed, control, and transparency. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings a driver mindset, and can influence across functions without direct authority. This role demands agility, practical problem solving, high bias for action, and the ability to turn complex ideas into action. This role ensures efforts don’t sit in silos but operate as a cohesive, transparent, and outcome-driven enterprise program. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Strategy, Release & Operations.
