About The Position

FIS is looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support business, financial, and technology teams by helping analyze data, document requirements, and assist with forecasting and pricing-related activities. You will gain exposure to how financial models and pricing structures are evaluated and used to support business decisions. This role provides hands-on experience while building foundational analytical, financial, and communication skills. You will join a team that supports business decision-making through analysis of operational, financial, and pricing-related information. The team works closely with product, finance, technology, and operations partners to help evaluate solutions, costs, and business impacts. Team members collaborate to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities that support the successful delivery of financial technology initiatives. You will work alongside experienced professionals who provide guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with numbers, data, and basic financial concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework, internship, or project experience involving finance, data analysis, forecasting, or vendor management
  • Experience using spreadsheets for analysis, tracking, or reporting
  • Exposure to pricing models, cost analysis, or forecasting
  • Familiarity with documentation, risk reviews, or compliance processes
  • Interest in financial services, fintech, or business operations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with gathering, documenting, and organizing business, financial, and vendor requirements
  • Support basic financial analysis, including reviewing cost data, pricing inputs, and forecasts
  • Help analyze pricing models or fee structures to understand assumptions, drivers, and impacts
  • Assist with forecasting activities by compiling data, validating inputs, and comparing scenarios
  • Support vendor onboarding activities, including documentation tracking, status reporting, and coordination with internal partners
  • Learn how vendor, financial, and pricing considerations influence product and business decisions
