As a Strategy & Planning Advisor Senior within the HR Total Rewards team, you will be part of PNC's Human Resources organization. This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. We are seeking a senior HR professional to serve as the executive sponsor’s key partner for all HR-related M&A activity. This role will be a highly visible, hands-on position responsible for shaping our HR M&A strategy, leading cross-functional readiness efforts, and ensuring our organization is prepared to execute transactions of varying size and complexity. This individual will not manage a direct team but will play a pivotal role in leading through influence — driving alignment across HR Centers of Excellence, building repeatable frameworks, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
