As one of the fastest growing marketplaces , we’re looking for bold, forward-thinking problem solvers across all functional areas. The Commerce Strategy & Operations team drives business decisions across our entire marketplace ecosystem, including buyer experience, seller experience, trust & risk, fraud, logistics and payments. As a MBA intern, you will: Own a defined strategic initiative across pre or post purchase operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve user experience and operational performance Analyze operational and commerce data to surface insights, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve quality, speed, and scalability Develop structured recommendations based on user behavior, operational workflows, and performance metrics Design or refine processes, workflows, and tools that enable scalable marketplace operations You will present your findings and recommendations to senior Commerce & Operations leaders at the end of the internship. Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our San Francisco, hub.
