The Strategy & Operations Manager, AI will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Funnel's Artificial Intelligence capabilities, with a primary focus on rapidly scaling the machine learning powered virtual leasing agent product. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product/Engineering, Data Science, Implementation, and Customer Success, ensuring a successful product roadmap and optimal operational performance for Funnel's AI solutions. You will act as an internal consultant and examine business processes and client relationships and will own end-to-end operational processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, establishing systematic monitoring frameworks, and guiding the AI product roadmap as Funnel continues to embed AI deeper throughout its product offering. Your work will directly impact product scalability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000/year.
