About The Position

Broccoli is forming a foundational Strategy & Operations team at the center of the company. This team owns the systems, processes, and analysis that enable our executive leadership, account teams, and sales teams to succeed as we scale the business. We are hiring multiple team members and the team is organized around three pillars: GTM Strategy & Enablement, Post-Sales Strategy & Operations, Executive Planning & Analytics.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (also open to externships / secondments)
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
  • High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution
  • Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
  • Excited to work in-office in San Francisco with the team

  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Exposure to SQL, RevOps, or analytics tooling

Responsibilities

  • Own sales enablement materials for PE-backed platforms
  • Define target customer segments and GTM strategy
  • Lead pricing and packaging decisions
  • Create partnerships, referral, and other programs
  • Build account dashboards and health metrics
  • Design the account planning process
  • Set cross-sell targets and incentive structures
  • Create ROI reporting to support retention and expansion
  • Partner with marketing to drive cross-sell
  • Build and own executive KPI dashboards
  • Set targets and track performance
  • Prepare board and investor materials
  • Drive special projects and ad hoc analysis
