About The Position

As a Strategy and Operations Lead you will help build the foundations of our business strategy and operational framework while working side-by-side with the founders of the company and the executive leadership team. This role is a unique, high visibility opportunity to drive operational excellence across growth, customer product, and corporate strategy and operations. You’ll design workflows, lead complex cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence at scale. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of total experience with
  • 1-3+ years in Business Operations Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles at a high growth B2B company
  • 1-3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, investing or another “high speed” environment where you developed strong business acumen, analytical abilities, high quality execution, and executive communication skills
  • You have been a part of a BizOps team at a growing company and have seen the challenges of scaling company operations through different phases of scale.
  • Startup mindset on ownership and work product that strikes an effective balance between quality and sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; you can move from high-level strategy to data-driven detail with ease.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
  • SQL proficiency or a strong desire to learn.
  • Driven self-starter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and solving problems across a variety of functional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to translate company goals into clear, measurable initiatives across functions.
  • Lead high-impact efforts spanning everything from customer operations, operational reporting and analyses, go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, analytics, and operational systems design and scalability.
  • Analyze business performance, identify growth and efficiency levers, and develop strategy plans to utilize these levers and create recommendations that inform executive decision-making about the pros and cons of these strategies.
  • Design and optimize core business processes to improve efficiency through automation where possible, drive accountability, and improve visibility across departments.
  • Create automated frameworks, dashboards, and reports that keep executives and teams aware of performance and focused on their priorities and key objectives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Operations to develop materials that communicate company performance and strategy to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring teams deliver on time and to a high standard.
  • Partner across the organization to build the infrastructure, tools, and culture needed to support rapid growth.
