As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you’ll work at the center of Oura’s most important priorities. You’ll partner closely with the Strategy & Operations team and cross-functional leaders to help shape key initiatives that drive the company forward. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, corporate strategy development, and company-wide planning processes at a high-growth consumer health technology company. You’ll contribute to both strategic analysis and operational execution, helping translate ambitious goals into structured, measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with 3–5 years of professional experience
  • A structured thinker who enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity
  • Comfortable working with data (Google Sheets required; modeling experience is a plus)
  • Comfort using AI productivity tools to support research, synthesis, and efficiency
  • An effective communicator who can distill complex information into clear insights
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about health, technology, and Oura’s mission

Responsibilities

  • You’ll support Oura’s highest-priority initiatives by combining analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to shaping Oura’s annual rhythm, turning goals into structured execution
  • Help track progress against OKRs and KPIs; surface trends and insights
  • Maintain planning tools, templates, and reporting materials
  • Support collaboration across teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to market research and business model development efforts that inform long-term growth and operating decisions
  • Support business analysis and commercial initiatives through structured analysis, synthesis, and cross-functional coordination
  • Develop slides and written briefs that synthesize findings into clear recommendations
  • Support preparation of materials for executive discussions
