About The Position

As a founding member of our Strategy & Operations team, you'll tackle our most critical initiatives across GTM and operations. This is a unique generalist role for someone who thrives on variety, solves complex problems, and wants to help transform how 5,000+ fitness studios operate. You'll own projects that directly impact our growth trajectory – from optimizing customer workflows to analyzing sales efficiency, from building operational playbooks to launching new market initiatives. You'll work alongside existing teams as a force multiplier, bringing extra capacity and fresh perspectives to accelerate their most important initiatives. This role reports to the SVP of Finance & Operations and offers exceptional growth potential and diverse exposure across all aspects of our business, with projects typically lasting 3-6 months before you tackle the next critical challenge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with proven ability to root cause complex issues and develop systematic solutions
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills – you dig into numbers to understand what's really happening and translate insights into measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Track record of figuring things out quickly in ambiguous situations without hand-holding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own high-impact projects across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams – from ideation through execution and measurement
  • Roll up your sleeves to implement the changes you recommend – building workflows, writing playbooks, setting up systems from scratch, and tracking outcomes
  • Step in as interim owner of critical functions when needed, driving day-to-day operations while building for scale
  • Design and launch experiments to improve conversion, retention, and expansion metrics – then operationalize what works
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into executable plans, then drive implementation across teams
  • Jump into urgent problems as they arise – you're the person we tap when something critical needs fixing fast
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools that enable data-driven decisions across GTM and operations
