About The Position
The Officer, Strategy & Data (SO), plays a critical support role in helping the Maternal, Newborn, Child Nutrition & Health (MNCNH) team translate data into actionable strategy, clear communications, and decision-support tools. These data-led insights help inform our strategic approach to accelerate product development, introduction, and country impact. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Epidemiology, Surveillance & Data, the officer will contribute to the team’s measurement and learning efforts through project management of data initiative efforts, data synthesis, curation of analytic outputs for visualization, and distillation of insights into compelling presentations and written products for internal and external audiences. This role will support the operationalization of strategic learning by assisting with the development of dashboards, tracking tools, and strategy documents; preparing materials for leadership engagement; and contributing to cross-team coordination on measurement-related priorities. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, curiosity about the intersection of data and strategy, and a collaborative working style. *This position is a limited-term position for 2-Years.
