Role Overview This internship is ideal for highly motivated MBA students eager to gain hands-on experience in strategy and market insights. As a Strategy MBA Intern, you will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive market landscaping to identify competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities across key segments. Contributing to strategic analysis in high-priority growth areas for the company, including sustainability Exploring innovative business and partnership opportunities, as well as evaluating potential strategic investments, to support our strategic objectives Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations for leadership discussions. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the areas and concepts below, and would like to develop your skills within Healthineers: You are interested in understanding how healthcare/MedTech companies work and attaining an ability to confidently engage in conversation within the company across departments, linking our solutions and services to business challenges You have outstanding attention to detail You have strong initiative and the ability to work independently You have excellent communication and presentation skills You are team player who can work with a small team within a virtual, matrixed environment, while handling topics independently, self-directed, and with high responsiveness

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA degree program
  • Professional experience in market research, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or product marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and communicate data (presentations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills. Ability to create a structured approach to problem solving to tackle open-ended situations, and move swiftly from analysis to a recommendation
  • Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared vision and delivering results on specific goals.
  • Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
