As a loyalty strategy and customer experience specialist, you will join our growing Strategy team. Members of this team are expected to work closely with the Client Services team, understanding and reporting on the client's business, anticipating and recommending program and platform optimizations, ensuring exemplary delivery, and creating high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a talent for program optimization and improvement, blending traditional loyalty mechanics with innovative customer experiences. You should have a passion for solving complex business problems using both qualitative and quantitative data-driven methods, and a keen interest in communicating and selling complex program evolutions and improvements in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. Additionally, you will need to integrate into the client's ecosystem, engaging with their weekly comps, and establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. In this role, you will work as part of a team to understand the impact of the client's programs on their business, align with the client on key strategies and markets, and advocate for optimizations that nurture loyalty and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate closely within a cross-functional environment that includes internal stakeholders such as Consumer Insights leadership, Strategy, Campaign Management, Project Management, and Account Management functions, as well as external clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative and practical solutions that reflect our core pillars of program design, answering business questions using appropriate techniques with available data, interpreting analysis results, and communicating findings to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing best practices for frequently raised business questions and ensuring the entire cross-functional team strives for 'right-first-time' implementation, campaign execution, and deployments. Occasional travel to client sites for stakeholder meetings and collaboration will be required as needed.
