We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Lead to join our Corporate Developments & Strategy team working on business transformation, with a dual focus on high priority business initiatives related to M&A/divestitures. This role is critical in driving strategic and operational alignment during times of organizational change, ensuring seamless execution of integrations and divestitures across the full program lifecycle. In your first year, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic spin-off of our ADI business from Resideo. Following the spin, your role will transition to align with either the ADI or Resideo organization, depending on business need. This is a unique opportunity to apply your passion for strategy and development in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your expertise will help shape the future of both the ADI and Resideo organizations.
