Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant ZS's Regulatory and Content Authoring Vertical is a subdivision of ZS's entrepreneurial Research and Development practice. We are a small team which, among other things, works with R D Regulatory stakeholders at pharmaceutical companies to assist with strategy and implementation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of submissions. We are looking for a new team member with either interest in or previous experience in the R D Regulatory domain , and the ability to apply this knowledge to the direction for building R D content authoring tools and/or implementing Regulatory standards ( e.g. IDMP). This team member will work on client projects with other members of our team and other ZSers to implement work such as that mentioned above. While overall project direction will be provided based on client context, we expect the associate consultant to be sufficiently well-versed in one or both of the following two things: either the details of R D Regulatory to require minimum guidance on the “how-to” of the approach , and/or traditional consulting skills to translate technical and domain knowledge into the “so-what” for client-facing conversations.

Requirements

  • Masters with bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a Masters , 2-5 years of relevant post- study professional experience will be considered .

Responsibilities

  • Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to our client s ' business problems
  • Become a go-to expert for a chosen area of R D Regulatory or Content Authoring
  • Contribute to go-to-market analyses for our offerings
  • Assist in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision making
  • Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
  • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on certain aspects of projects
  • Actively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client - risk and issue mitigation . You will also as sist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
  • Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities
  • Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams
  • Contribute to client proposals with refinement of approach and estimation of work required
  • Understand solution context and contribute in technical requirement gathering and analysis
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and colleagues in layman's language
