We’re supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country. We're looking for a high-agency operator to join us as a Strategy & Growth Manager . You'll own statewide growth strategy in a high-tempo, rapidly evolving environment where priorities shift fast and ambiguity is the norm – not the exception. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll drive funnel optimization, data analytics, and scalable operations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock market growth. This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Denver, CO . You will report to the General Manager – Colorado and will manage a team of operations associates that work on the day to day of the lead to activation process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of operational leadership experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment – ideally in a high-growth startup, management consulting, strategy & operations, or BizOps role. Outsized impact relative to tenure.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end problem-solving – from initial idea to strategic initiative to full implementation – while maintaining excellent day-to-day execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. You can distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for any audience - field teams or executives.
  • Deep empathy and emotional intelligence, with genuine passion for helping underserved communities.
  • Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the greater Denver area.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize funnel operations : Streamline the Lead to Program Qualification and then Activation process to ensure efficient lead management, accurate data collection, and timely qualification and work with marketing/media for lead generation initiatives and optimization.
  • Relentlessly drive market growth: Partner with market ops teams, HQ platform teams, and cross-functional leads to own customer acquisition, market operations, and expansion.
  • Run the business ‘by the numbers’: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize processes, guide incentives, and unlock growth.
  • Test & iterate: Create and run A/B tests within our funnel to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with the General Manager, Growth Marketing, Sales, Ops teams, Clinical Intake, and central functions (Analytics, Product, Compliance, etc.).
  • Champion operational excellence: Proactively identify broken processes, recurring fires, and gaps in the funnel – invent and test new solutions and workflows to ensure consistent execution.
  • Manage a team of associates: Build, coach, and hold accountable a team of ops associates who execute with precision – instilling analytical rigor, high standards, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
