As a Strategy Consultant (IV/V), you will enable and lead regional Consumer Experience and Market Strategy programs by developing and implementing comprehensive plans that leverage data analytics as well as market insights. Your role involves working collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, driving and influencing teams to adopt best practices in innovative program development-all in an organized and effective manner. You will take direction well while providing optimized operational processes and continuously improving. By utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor results and identify opportunities for innovation, you will engage with various leaders and departments in the Colorado Region. Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this position is also responsible for managing business strategy and/or initiative planning by developing a new organizational strategy process and coordinating key players for leadership strategy conversations; facilitating leadership decision making by leveraging advanced knowledge of the external marketplace and relevant tools (i.e., dashboards to track metrics); coordinating strategy community of practices by facilitating knowledge sharing across functions and entities to identify the right strategic priorities; developing frameworks to facilitate strategy development by leveraging Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and gap analyses to ensure that strategic opportunities are correctly identified; prioritizing strategic choices through enterprise processes and market operational plans to establish management incentives; and providing ongoing initiative management and prioritization in real time through performance monitoring using relevant tools (i.e., dashboards, scorecards, leader reviews).
